Orders are prepared with care and shipped as quickly as possible. Delivery timelines may vary based on destination and carrier availability.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for products that are new, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

To request a return or exchange, email Home@fursd.co with your order number and reason for the return. Approved returns must be sent back by mail.

For standard returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. FURSD will cover the return or replacement shipping costs for eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect orders.

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
